The Harrisonburg Rotary Club Scholarship offers scholarships to graduating seniors who epitomize the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self” and the Four-Way Test for life’s decisions. There will be one overall winner of $5,000 and a student from each of the remaining schools will each receive between $1,000 - $4,000. Criteria include: Community service, essays, recommendations, financial need, and a minimum GPA of 2.0. Applications are available by clicking on the graphic to the left. The completed application is due to the Counseling Office by March 16, 2018.
The Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. is proud to support the Rockingham County Public Schools. REFI is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds and facilitating programs to enhance education for our students. REFI is proud to offer these scholarships that were established to honor or remember special people. Scholarships are to be complete ONLINE and submitted by March 1, 2018. REQUIREMENTS:

one essay not to exceed 500 words entitled, “Why I Should be Considered for this Scholarship”
at least two school officials’ letters of recommendation addressing the criteria
The Broadway Lions Club, The Rotary Club of Broadway-Timberville, and The Broadway-Timberville Business Council has several scholarship offerings for BHS students graduating this year who are entering an institiution of higher learning this fall. Your recommendation, with the application, must be returned to Broadway High School Guidance Department or email to email@example.com no later than April 20, 2018.
